Overview

At Unigamebd, all of our products are digital goods such as game currency, in-game items, applications, and other downloadable content. Because of the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns once a product is delivered. Once the item has been sent, the transaction is considered final.

We value our customers and aim to provide the highest level of support and satisfaction. While returns are not possible for digital products, we do offer a limited warranty in specific situations explained below.

 

Refund and Warranty Policy

  • If you purchase an item from us and later receive a refund directly from Google Play Store within 120 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refill or a full refund from us, provided that:

    • The entire order of the related game or application items was purchased only through our website

    • Proper proof of the Google Play Store refund is submitted to us, including screenshots, order IDs, and refund confirmation details.

    • You can't purchase any item in your id from any others shop.

  • If these conditions are met, we will either re-deliver the purchased digital items or return your money, depending on your preference and our assessment.(If we can detect any fraudulent activity we can refuse your refund)

 

Important Conditions

 

  • We must verify that the complete transaction history for the concerned app or game was made through our platform.

  • Partial orders or mixed purchases (items bought from other sellers) are not eligible for our refill or refund service.

  • Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the Google Play Store refund.

  • We reserve the right to decline a refund or refill request if sufficient proof is not provided or if the request does not meet our policy conditions.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

 

  • Digital products once delivered and successfully received cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to reasons such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to use the product.

  • No compensation will be provided for losses caused by user errors, account bans due to policy violations, or misuse of the product.

Refund Calculation


If we are failed to complete your order and there is no problem from our side we will deduct payment fee+5-20% and return the rest of amount. Otherwise you will get full refund.
